Each SheShe Fogo piece is produced in limited quantities or made to order. To preserve the exclusivity of every drop and maintain quality control, all purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Ordering error

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Replacement availability is not guaranteed for limited releases.
